Description

The living room features a seating and dining area, along with a smart TV.  

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a cooktop, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine (bean machine), kettle, and toaster.  

There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower and bathtub*, and there is a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. A hairdryer is provided, as well as a separate toilet. 

Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and there is free parking. Pets are not allowed. All floors are accessible by elevator or stairs. There is a balcony or terrace with furniture. Gas, water, and electricity are included in the price, as well as a tea towel for the kitchen.
